Advertisement brings to you two happy faces on a very engaging video chat that will hold you till the end. The two blooming faces are Navin Talreja and Kawal Shoor, Co-Founders at The Womb, after their agency was ranked the No. 1 independent agency in Asia-Pacific and was among top three globally on the Global Effie Index.

Both Shoor and Talreja have not been seen on any previous webinars of the Covid period until now. When asked why, Talreja said, “Humse nahi hoti gyanbazi.”

While the pandemic has caused a bloodbath in the industry, Shoor said that The Womb stayed relatively unscathed. He said, “Thankfully, we are reaping the rewards of what we have sown in the last five years now. If you stay focused on the clients’ work and do it diligently, you will create partnerships that would stand by when faced with challenges.”

Talreja added, “We have been in the business for five years, the sixth year is not going to be that good. Kawal and I are not going to make as much money and take home a little less. We are okay with that. We don’t want to hold on to our profits and start cutting salaries and letting people go. That’s not us and we have not done that. Our clients have been instrumental in supporting us in this.”
